"My wife and I have been searching for a home on the Cape for a few years and have visited over 30 houses prior to meeting Dana. After our agent retired my wife and I worked with Dana to help find us the right house for what we needed. From the initial greeting my wife and I both were put at ease by her positive energy, depth of knowledge, her professionalism and willingness to answer any and all questions relating to the neighborhood, and it’s history. We were especially impressed with her knowledge of not only the home and it’s many features but of all the steps involved if there is a need for a remodel. We walked many houses with Dana, some with very little lead time and she was always waiting with a smile! Dana displayed the same level of passion, knowledge, and commitment to each listing whether hers or another agency.
After a few months and several “walk throughs” we landed on a property. Needless to say we had lot’s and lot’s of questions, many “walk throughs” with builders, surveyors, friends & family. We requested documentation, testing, surveying, etc. We needed to confirm the property was to code in a few areas. All this was on Dana and she dug deep, utilized her local knowledge, understanding of where to go the get answers and her many resources. She provided us the proof and documentation we, our lawyers, and mortgage company required. She stuck with us communicating as needed right through the final closing.
Having seen many houses and met many agents I can say with confidence Dana is phenomenal, she works very hard to maintain her stellar reputation and truly understands the concept of customer service."
